The Board of Directors designated Charles "Chuck" Willis as the Budget Officer in 2024 to serve until 2026; 

The Budget Officer is a 2-year term and does not have to be a Director.

Following  Missouri Revised Statutes Chapter 67, the District's Budget Officer:

• Reviews expenditure requests and estimated revenue for the upcoming year
• Prepares the budget for the upcoming year prior to September 1st of each year
• Submits budget, certain information and authorizations to the Board
• Attests budget preparation and adoption laws followed
